About Me

Losing Weight is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is  a privilege that i do not take lightly. 

 

I started out my fitness journey the same as most of you finding my site. I worked out off and on throughout High School and College. I never really held on to it for long and was always starting over. Tired of seeing results just to lose them in a cheat weekend, followed by a cheat week, Then to only try to lose the weight again. It wasn't until I got certified as a Personal trainer and Nutrition coach that it all clicked for me and I decided to start making nutrition and fitness a priority.  Because without the proper nutrition the results will not happen in the gym. I know what it takes to keep you on track to help you reach your goals. Yes, there will be slip up's along the way but we will get through it together to meet your goals. Let's start this journey together!
